To make caring for your Pet even more convenient, The Purr and Bark and VetCentric have joined services to provide you an online Pharmacy and Pet Store. VetCentric is a comprehensive veterinary pharmacy that offers therapeutic diets, prescription medications and even refills, are delivered right to your home. VetCentric is also an online Pet Store that offers a wide variety of Pet care items, such as Pet supplies, grooming supplies and Pet toys.

A convenient home delivery process that delivers all of your medications and special diets, right to your home. This works well for Pets that are on chronic medications, thyroid, or cardiac medication, and saves you the need to pick up these medications.
How Do I Get Started ?
It is very simple. Just come to this website and click on VetCentric here, and then login. For first time users you will need to register. Your username is your complete email address. Your password will be your home Phone number, (no spaces or dashes), but can be changed durning your first login. If you have any problems during the login process, just give us a call or you may call VetCentric at 1.866.838.2368. Either one of us will be happy to assist you.
After you are logged in, you can access your Pet's medicine cabinet to refill your Pet's prescriptions, or purchase a new prescription or other Pet care items. Click the Buy button beside the item that you wish to purchase to begin the checkout process. Just follow the listed instructions, and click the process order button only once, to finalize your order. Your order confirmation will be displayed on the screen.
You may call VetCentric toll free at 1.866.838.2368 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7 PM EST, Monday - Friday to have your prescriptions filled. If you call after hours, just leave a message and VetCentric fill your order for you the following business day. Make sure you have the following information ready to give VetCentric when they call to confirm your order. The medication(s) that you need filled, and home phone number or the prescription number(s). If you do not get a verbal call back confirming your order, after one business day, please call VetCentric to confirn the receipt of your order.
How Do I Receive Delivery ?
All medications are delivered via USPS, and if you do receive your prescriptions within 5 business days, contact VetCentric to follow up on your order. Special diets are shipped via UPS ground and may take longer to arrive.
